Hitting 80% double vaccination targets in line with the Federal Government’s National Plan means a tapering down of disaster payments over the course of two weeks.

At the conclusion of the two weeks upon initially hitting the 80% milestone for double vaccinations, disaster payments will end.

What does this mean for each state?

There is no current disaster payment in place from the Federal Government, as no areas have been declared a Commonwealth COVID Hotspot, meaning for these four states and territories, no applications or payments are provided.
